SMS Terms & Conditions
Terms for the CallSphere text messaging program.

1. Program Description
CallSphere LLC ("CallSphere," "we," "us," or "our") operates the CallSphere text messaging program(the "Program"). When you opt in to the Program, you may receive the following types of SMS messages from us:
- Account and operational notifications: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, demo and pilot updates, and service alerts related to your CallSphere account or a demo you requested.
- Conversational replies: if you text one of our demo or business phone numbers, you will receive replies to your messages. Conversational replies may be generated by an AI assistant on our behalf; you can request a human at any time by replying AGENT or contacting us using the support details below.
Messages under this Program are informational and conversational. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS under this Program.
2. How You Opt In
You can opt in to the Program in the following ways:
- By sending a text message to one of our published CallSphere or CallSphere demo phone numbers (initiating a conversation constitutes your consent to receive replies to that conversation).
- By submitting your mobile phone number on a form on our website and checking the box agreeing to receive text messages from CallSphere.
- By texting an opt-in keyword such as START to one of our numbers.
- By verbally agreeing during a phone call, or as part of onboarding, to receive operational text notifications from CallSphere (for example, as a CallSphere team member or customer).
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from CallSphere. Your mobile phone number and your opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

3. How You Opt Out (Cancel)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send the message STOP to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time (or text START) and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
4. Help and Support

5. Message Frequency, Rates, and Carriers
- Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us (for example, the length of a demo conversation or the number of notifications related to your account).
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Privacy
If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. Information collected through the Program is used solely to operate the Program and provide our services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued participation in the Program after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
