The numbers do not have to be exactly yours; the ratio does. Roughly seven to one on a single event you are going to have eventually. Prove it on your own store by writing down what sits in the freezers at cost this Friday, then asking your distributor rep what the next delivery date would be if you called on a Sunday.
This does not diagnose anything. It tells you the machine is working harder than it used to. Dirty coil, failing start capacitor, a door gasket the kennel cart keeps clipping, refrigerant walking out of a fitting — that is a licensed tech's call, and you still need one on speed dial.
