Tbilisi Accountants, Lawyers and Relocation Firms: Capture Every Enquiry with an AI Voice Agent

Tbilisi became a relocation magnet — and its advisors can barely keep up with the calls

Over the past few years Tbilisi has quietly turned into one of the region's favourite landing spots for relocating founders, remote engineers and entire IT companies. The draw is obvious: fast company registration, a friendly tax regime, a low cost of living and a genuine tech community. Every one of those arrivals needs the same things soon after landing, an accountant to set up the company and handle taxes, a lawyer for contracts and residency, a relocation consultant for housing and paperwork, and a bank introduction.

That has created a boom for Tbilisi's professional-services firms, and a quiet crisis of missed enquiries. These advisors are small teams doing high-value, detail-heavy work, and the moment they are heads-down on a client filing, the phone and the website chat go unattended. The people calling are often anxious newcomers, frequently writing in English, sometimes in Russian, and occasionally in Georgian, who will simply message the next firm on the list if nobody responds. For a practice where a single client relationship can run for years, letting first contact slip is the costliest habit there is.

What a missed first contact costs a Tbilisi advisory firm

Professional-services clients are high-value and long-lived, so each qualified enquiry carries real weight. Here is the picture in lari.

Service	Avg. first-year value	Conversion if answered fast	Value lost per missed enquiry
Accounting / bookkeeping retainer	₾4,800/yr	30%	₾1,440
Company formation package	₾2,200	40%	₾880
Legal / residency services	₾3,600	28%	₾1,008
Relocation consulting	₾2,800	35%	₾980
Tax advisory (one-off)	₾1,500	45%	₾675

A busy firm fielding 30 or 40 enquiries a week that only answers half of them promptly is leaving five figures of annual client value on the table every month.

Why Tbilisi professional-services firms are adopting AI voice and chat agents

English first, with Georgian and Russian on demand

Most relocating clients open in English, but locals expect Georgian and many prefer Russian. CallSphere handles all three and 54 more, switching automatically so every caller feels understood.

Answer while you are deep in client work

Your billable hours are spent on filings and contracts, not phone cover. The agent answers every enquiry the instant it arrives, so focus time never costs you a new client.

Qualify newcomers and book consultations automatically

The agent asks the right intake questions, whether someone needs company formation, tax help or residency, scores the lead, and books a paid consultation straight into your calendar.

A professional front door for an international clientele

Relocating founders judge a firm by its first response. An instant, articulate, multilingual answer signals the competence they are paying for.

Handle the arrival-season surge without hiring

Relocation demand comes in waves. The agent absorbs unlimited simultaneous enquiries during a busy season, so a surge of newcomers never means a queue of ignored messages.

Tbilisi firms putting it to work

An accounting practice serving IT companies qualifies incoming founders by company type and books a paid onboarding call, filtering tyre-kickers from real clients.

A law firm handling residency and contracts answers first-contact questions in English at any hour and routes urgent matters to a lawyer with context attached.

A relocation consultancy takes housing and paperwork enquiries around the clock during peak arrival months, never losing a newcomer to a slow reply.

A boutique tax advisor lets the agent handle routine questions and scheduling, protecting deep-work time during filing season.

A company-formation service captures every website enquiry, quotes packages and books formation consultations automatically.

Getting your Tbilisi practice started in three steps

1. Connect your line and website chat. Usually same-day setup.
2. Load your services, intake questions and calendar. Define what to ask, how to qualify and where consultations book.
3. Go live with analytics. Every enquiry is transcribed, scored and captured in your CRM.

Pricing and a lari ROI example

Plans are in US dollars. Starter at 149 dollars a month, around ₾400, suits a small practice with booking and integrations; Growth at 499 dollars, roughly ₾1,350, fits busier firms with CRM needs. Picture a firm capturing 20 otherwise-missed enquiries a month at ₾1,008 of expected value each, about ₾20,000 in recovered client value, against a subscription a small fraction of that.
