What's included in the free pilot?
We design, build, and switch on your AI voice & chat agent and dashboard, set it up for your business, and support you — free for 7 days, with no CallSphere fee. The only costs are the AI usage and a Twilio phone number if you want to take calls. We deploy the agent for free; there are no free minutes.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. There's no card and no commitment to apply. You only ever pay the AI usage and an optional Twilio number — billed directly by those providers at cost, with no CallSphere markup.
Do I need a phone number?
No. The chat agent works with no phone number at all — it answers website and message conversations out of the box. Only add voice if you want the agent to take phone calls, in which case you connect a new or existing Twilio number and pay Twilio directly.
What happens after the 7 days?
Nothing automatic. The agent simply pauses. You can move to a paid plan or walk away — no fee, no lock-in. Your call and chat data stay available to export.
Which languages does the agent speak?
