## What changed: the buyer contacting you may not be a person

- **Service and parts coverage.** Which regions have technicians, typical response, which model families and serial ranges are still supported, and how fast common wear parts ship.
- **Lead time bands and what moves them.** Say twenty-two to thirty weeks and name the drivers — gearmotors, drives, stainless. A buyer with a March shutdown is screening on this before price.
- **A real way to start.** Not a form that emails a shared box. A channel that answers day or night, takes the application details, and books a call with a named role.

Now the cost side.
